We understand that new construction moves on a tight schedule. We show up when we're supposed to, communicate clearly with the GC, and make sure our portion of the work doesn't hold up the rest of your project. Whether you're building a custom home in Corinth, a spec house in Prentiss County, or a commercial space in the region, we have the experience to wire it correctly the first time.

• Rough-in wiring, all circuits, outlets, and switches

Commercial New Construction

Commercial projects have different demands, larger service sizes, three-phase systems, specialized equipment circuits, and stricter code compliance. We've worked on commercial new construction throughout North Mississippi and understand what inspectors want to see and how to keep your project moving.

• When should I bring in an electrician on a new build?

  As early as possible. Ideally, we're brought in before framing so we can plan the rough-in layout with the rest of the trades. The earlier we're involved, the smoother everything goes.

• Do you work directly with general contractors?

  Yes, we regularly work as a sub on GC-managed projects. We're used to coordinating with other trades, meeting scheduling requirements, and communicating clearly with project managers.

• What service size do I need for my new home?

  Most new homes today are wired with 200-amp service. If you're planning for EV charging, a large HVAC system, or significant outbuildings, we may recommend larger. We'll advise during the planning phase.
